The costs for these services are typically billed at a per hour rate. The hourly rate will vary based on the composition of the consulting team. Hourly rates vary from $65 - $275 per hour. Projects that are expected to require a lengthy consultant engagement can be negotiated for a
flat fee.
Grant Writing
Federal, state, county/city, and foundations.
Grant writing is billed at a per hour rate, ranging from $75-125 per hour. The complexity and lead time for development of the proposal or application will affect the fee. We will include not to exceed caps to help you better manage your costs. Typically, federal grant applications will cost more to develop. Foundation applications vary considerably; talk with us about preparing a single application that can be submitted to multiple funders.
Project Management
Project Management
The costs for these services are typically billed at a per hour rate. Project management is typically provided by one BCA consultant who has access to BCA resources as needed to support delivering the project on time and in budget. The hourly rate will vary based on the complexity of your project and the subsequent content expert that BCA assigns to your project. Projects that require a lengthy consultant engagement can be negotiated at a not to exceed maximum - we cap the rate so that our consulting costs do not run over budget.
Ancillary expenses are included in all service contracts.
